Quite Deep Radio 3 with Maarten van der Vleuten

Another Dutch Dance pioneer honored us with a visit to our Quite Deep Radio show. The full, subtitled interview with Maarten van der Vleuten is available on our YouTube channel now.

With literally hundreds of tracks released under dozens of aliases, Maarten has influenced many DJs and producers in the past 30 years with his techno, dark ambient, acid, industrial and recently also trap/bass tracks.
In this interview, we hit on subjects like what it meant being an R&S exclusive artist in the 90s, why Paul Kalkbrenner wants to be like Maarten, how to smuggle in a recording device to a Kraftwerk concert and some major events in Maarten's life that shaped his latest CD, on which he heads into an entirely different musical direction. Now available with English subtitles.

For your convenience, here's the video:

Due to the corona virus, we won't be able to do a new episode for a while, but once we can return to the studio, we will let you know via our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
