After UK producer Paul Bishop released his first 12" on U-TRAX, he came to Holland to record a full-length album. Sadly, these 10 brilliant tracks never saw the light of day, which leaves his debut The Last Rung of the Ladder as the only aptitude test of his stunning dark and atmospheric sound on U-TRAX.

The three original tracks have a certain industrial feel about them and a track like From The Same Mould sounded retro even in 1994. The title track also appears in remixes by Sp@sms and label boss DJ White Delight. After 27 years, Bishop's tracks still have a unique sound and can be heard in DJ sets on a regular basis.
Around 2005 the producer changed his artist name to The Ghost That Walks and has been producing electro of the darkest kind since.
